Our chairman is a professional private detective licensed by the Illinois Department of professional Regulation. He received an MBA in General Management/Finance from the University of Chicago, has a level three certification in Homeland security from the American College of Forensics Examiners Institute, holds a Top Secret security clearance with the United States Government, and is both a federal contract investigator and member of the Emergency Homeland Security Response Team.  

James has 20 years experience in law enforcement, and currently working abduction cases in Chicago. He is a licensed firearms instructor and an expert witness concerning Use of Force issues and computer forensics. He also holds the title of Chief Agent in Charge of Investigative Services Agency [ISA], a fully-license agency dedicated to providing a wide range of investigation, security and protection services.
